Converter not turning on at all? No display? No fans?
First check the dock breaker and cord feeding the unit, if everything is good then verify proper voltage is making it to the converters shore power terminal blocks, if you have 240 you should meter 240 on the terminal blocks A to B phase or L1 to L2.
How do I enable the Auto-Restart feature on my converter?
AC Series (AC08-18) – In order for auto-restart to be turned on, you must be already be in a converter power ON state (green LED). If this is true then pressing shore power + converter power buttons under the LCD screen at the same time will bring up the option to enable the auto-restart feature. If you press shore power or converter power OFF buttons then this will disable auto-restart.
All Other Models – Turning on auto-restart on our floor mounted converters. Answer- In order for auto-restart to be turned on, you must be already be in a converter power ON state (green LED). If this is true then pressing F1 + converter power buttons under the LCD screen at the same time to enable the auto-restart feature. If you press shore power or converter power OFF buttons then this will disable auto-restart.
How do I troubleshoot Auto-restart?
If you have followed the steps to turn on this feature and the system does say it is on and when you have a blackout the unit does not restart – normally the issue is that backup battery is dead on the CPU, recommend contacting the factory or a local Rep/dealer to replace it and preform a calibration on the converter.
How do I access the last reported fault?
Press the SYSTEM STATUS and then press F4 to review last reported fault.
How do I access the Watt-Hour Meter on my converter?
For AC08-18 press the SHORE POWER + F1. For all other converters, press SHORE POWER + CONVERTER POWER.
